At Shark Robot, we want you to love your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn and unwashed apparel. Please ensure all original tags are attached to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring the merchandise is protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
